He has spent years researching family trees, court/police records, immigration/naturalization records, business records, newspaper reports and many other sources. This book will provide brand new information whilst busting many of the old mafia myths. This book is well-written and well-researched account of the birth of American organized crime. It might be one of the most compelling and comprehensive discussions of this time period in mob history.
